Day One: Start
your visit at the Natural History Museum for a curriculum-based
workshop relating to your Key Stage then spend the afternoon
exploring the museums many exhibitions. Contact the Museum
using our contact sheet to book your requirements. Return to the
safe, clean and comfortable Meininger City hostel for dinner before a
walk through Hyde Park brings you to Queens Ice and Bowl for a game
of ten-pin bowling.
Day Two: For
today we have oganised, breakfast, lunch and dinner before you see a
show in the West End leaving lots of freetime - What about exploring
the Science Museum, see a spectacular 3D film in the IMAX Cinema.
And later?
The Human Body 2D - see what it looks like inside the
human body! Take a guided tour of The Old Operating Theatre Museum
and Herb Garret, learn about the history of medical practices,
different drugs and remedies used in medicine. For some lighter
learning take a guided tour of the London Aquarium linked to the
Biology curriculum.
Day Three: After
breakfast why not travel to The Royal Institutions Faraday
Museum where you can choose from a number of exhibitions and
interactive science lectures based on the curriculum. Take a flight
on the BA London Eye for one last look at the city before returning home.
