Booking Procedure

1. Provisional booking: Please email us or 'phone stating the holiday you are interested in and the number of places you would like for it. Our offer will indicate if we are holding a booking provisionally and, if so, for how long. The booking will automatically be cancelled if we do not hear from you within that time.

2. Confirmed Booking or Confirming Your Provisional Booking: complete the booking form and select the appropriate amount you wish to pay. If you do not wish to send us your credit card details we can call to confirm the booking and take the details from you. Please read the Booking Conditions.

3. Once we accept your booking and the deposit/full payment, a firm contract exists between you and Good To See for your hotel and ground arrangements and your deposit is non-returnable except as stated in the Booking Conditions.

4. Flight Arrangements: can be made separately by Good To See acting as agent for the ATOL holder.
Tickets are non-refundable so it is important to have confirmed ground arrangements to your booking before confirming flights. Payment in full is required at time of booking.

5. Holiday Documents: about TEN days prior to departure you will be sent a full itinerary together with check-in times and any necessary vouchers and labels.

 

Booking Conditions

1. What the price includes: the price of the holiday is that which is specified in the relevant holiday information pack unless special requests have been made in which case the price will be set out in the offer. Personal items such as laundry, room service and drinks etc. are excluded.

2. Passports and Visas: British citizens must have valid passports for all tours. Foreign nationals must check what documents they require and are responsible for obtaining them.

3. The price of the tours will not be subject to surcharges.

4. If you alter your booking: if, after we have confirmed your booking, you wish to alter it we will do our best to help you. We may charge for the work involved. We also reserve the right to make cancellation charges for any changes made by you within 42 days of departure. If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason your deposit and any insurance premium will be forfeited. If you cancel within 42 days the following cancellation charges will apply:

The date of cancellation is the day on which we receive written confirmation of cancellation. Percentages refer to total holiday cost, less the non-refundable insurance premium. Your insurance policy may cover cancellation cost. Please check with the insurance company.

5. If we alter your booking: we will do all possible to provide the holiday you have booked but we must reserve the right to modify or cancel any schedule, carrier, accommodation or itinerary if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we have to cancel a tour for reasons other than hostilities, political unrest or other circumstances resulting from 'force majeure', on or before the date when the balance of the price is due we will let you know at once and will offer you another holiday of equal or better value or give an immediate full refund.

6. Cancellation of tours: we reserve the right not to operate a tour on which we have insufficient bookings 4 weeks before the departure day. In such an event all payments made by you to us will be refunded.

7. Our liabilities to you: we accept responsibility for ensuring the holiday which you book with us is supplied as described and the services offered reach a reasonable standard. If any part is not provided as promised, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your holiday. We accept responsibility for the acts/omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers. Except where they lead to death, injury or illness, our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of £950.00. In respect of transport and the provision of accommodation our liability in all cases will be limited by the relevant international convention. We will do our reasonable best to give general assistance to our clients in the event of injury, illness or death during the holiday.
