Theatre Breaks Education

Theatre has so much more to offer children than a panto at Christmas and a school play at the end of the year. The issues that both plays and musicals tackle can get to the very heart of a child’s development (identity is a strong theme in both Billy Elliot and Wicked for example) in a way that does not preach, but excites and motivates.

London’s Theatreland does not only talk to Drama and English students. Business, Science, History, Citizenship… even Maths can be eplored through the medium of theatre and our workshops can help you and your students focus on the specific learning outcomes that you wish to achieve.
