A masterclass in how to put on a musical Daily Mail

The glamourous set of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels  Theatre Breaks in Edinburgh will transport you to the elegance of the French Riviera as two seasoned swindlers – debonaire Lawrence and fast-talking Freddy – attempt to hoodwink a toothpaste heiress out of her fortune. But, as they soon discover, the town ain’t big enough for both of them!

Based on the classic 1988 comedy film starring Sir Michael Caine and Steve Martin, the stage version of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels has found recent success on London’s West End (starring Robert Lindsay) as well as on Broadway.  Written by Golden Globe and Emmy Award winner Jeffrey Lane, the writer behind TV’s Mad About You, and music and lyrics by David Yazbek, winner of the Drama Desk Award for the Broadway and West End hit musical The Full Monty.
