London – Creating Musicals (3 days / 2 nights)
|A 2-night ‘Creating Musicals’ trip comparing how different genres of music are used to write musicals.Includes:
|ItineraryDay One: Head into the West End for a The Lion King workshop. Then before seeing smash hit musical Disney’s The Lion King, the world famous Rainforest Cafe will be your venue for a pre-theatre meal. The YHA Holland House Hostel, your home for the night, provides pleasant, clean and affordable accommodation in a delightful location set inside Holland Park just a few Underground stops away from central London.Day Two: Choose a music-based workshop from: African or Brazilian drumming, Audio Music Composition, Singing, Songwriting, Samba, Rapping or DJ/Mixing, making sure you have filled up on the much needed breakfast beforehand. In the afternoon enjoy a matinee performance of Jersey Boys, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Stop by Planet Hollywood for dinner before comparing the third performance of the trip.
Day Three: After breakfast there is time for a bit of infamous London shopping and sightseeing before heading for home again.
