The magic of traditional pantomine has returned to the West End stage with a sparking all-star production of Cinderella at the world famous London Palladium.

Fun for all the family is guaranteed this Christmas with a Cinderella production billed as “lavish and spectacular”, offering audiences young and old a chance to delight in the much-loved fairytale of a down-trodden girl who, with the help of her Fairy Godmother, swaps a life of servitude for a stunning gown, glass slippers and an unforgettable evening at Prince Charming’s dazzling ball.
Co-directors Michael Harrison and award-winning choreographer Andrew Wright, promise a “breath-taking family extravaganza with glittering sets” .
Casting news : Straight from her critically acclaimed role as Fanny Brice in the musical Funny Girl when she had to step into Sheridan Smith’s shoes due to ill-health, Natasha J Brown will hope the glass slipper fits when she becomes Cinderella this Christmas.
You can’t keep a good pantomime dame from dressing up! And so it is, that the wonderful Paul O’Grady returns to pantomine as the Wicked Stepmother. He will be joined by his Kentish neighbour comedian Julian Clary as Dandini and Steven Delaney in his more famous guise of Count Arthur Strong as Baron Hardup. America’s Got Talent winner ventriloquist Paul Zerdin will play Buttons with BBC’s Casualty star Lee Mead and Nigel Havers (The Importance of Being Earnest) will play Prince Charming and the Lord Chamberlain respectively.
