5 stars A must for anyone who has a heart Mail on Sunday
It’s mystifying and enchanting, charming and wistful, nostalgic and progressive…
joyful and fun-filled, never overpowering OLT
The critically acclaimed musical concert, conceived by Riabko alongside David Lane Seltzer, takes audiences through Bacharach’s legendary songbook giving them an exhilarating 90-minute theatrical concert.
A group of talented musicians and singers led by Riabko will perform the legendary singer/songwriter’s most loved songs, all reimagined for the stage in new and innovative ways including classics such as Raindrops Keep Fallin’ On My Head, I Say A Little Prayer, Walk On By, What’s New Pussycat? and I Just Don’t Know What To Do With Myself.
American and London audiences have so far responded positively to Riabko’s radical twists on the well-known songs, but what does Bacharach, himself, think of it? Fortunately, he gave the show a big thumbs up, proclaiming it “brilliant” adding “Kyle has done something truly unique with my music. I loved it!”
