A stunning re-imagining of the Oscar-winning film, An American in Paris transports you to the streets of the French capital where American GI Jerry Mulligan is striving for success as a painter after the end of WWII. Finally liberated, Paris is overflowing with joyous hope and sheer potential, and a chance encounter with the beautiful Lise leads Jerry on a journey of friendship, love and the sensuous romance of art.

On Broadway An American in Paris, directed and choreographed by Olivier and Tony Award-winner Christopher Wheeldon, became the most awarded musical of the year.

With a timeless score by George and Ira Gershwin and a company of over 50 actors, dancers and musicians with astounding choreography, jaw-dropping spectacle and triumphant songs, British audiences are also treated to original Broadway cast members Robert Fairchild and Leanne Cope when the show opens in 2017.
