Back in Theatreland, London after a 19 year absence, we have breaks for the last two weeks  of  Annie Theatre Breaks at the Piccadilly Theatre

As well as starring Myra Syall, as the coniving Miss Hannigan, Annie also features a wonderful, award-winning score including the memorable songs Hard Knock Life, Easy Street and Tomorrow.

Set in Depression-era New York, the story follows Annie and her life of misery at Miss Hannigan’s orphanage. Determined to find her parents, the little girl’s luck turns around when she is chosen to spend Christmas at the home of famous billionaire Oliver Warbucks. Only the jealous and scheming Miss Hannigan stands in the way of Annie’s search for a better life.

Annie has been adapted for the big screen twice : first in 1982 (with Albert Finney as Daddy Warbucks) and in 2014 where we saw Jamie Foxx as Warbucks and Cameron Diaz as evil Miss Hannigan.

Please note that the appearance of any artist cannot be guaranteed.
