Disney’s Aladdin Transfers to the West End

All aboard your flying carpets as Broadway hit Disney’s Aladdin theatre breaks bring A Whole New World to the Prince Edward theatre in London from June 2016.

The show, which has been thrilling New York audiences since 2011, will bring all the colourful character’s of the 1992 animated film to the West End stage in a fun packed production full of song, dance and fun.

Families will be able to watch Aladdin’s rise from “street rat” to Prince but not without some wild adventures featuring a beautiful Princess, an evil sorcerer, a magic carpet, a rusty old lamp and, of course, a larger than life wish granting Genie!

With original songs from the film including A Whole New World, Arabian Nights, A Friend Like Me and Prince Ali plus additional songs from the pen of Oscar winner Alan Menken, London will be lit up with flamboyant costumes and magical state-of-the-art sets when Disney’s Aladdin begins its previews on 27th May next year.

Hotel and Aladdin Theatre Breaks

Aladdin Theatre breaks are now available and ticket and hotel packages for this super new show at the Prince Edward Theatre in London’s Soho which is surrounded by a multitude of great restaurants, cafes and bars.

Nearest hotels include the 3 star St Giles Hotel and Covent Garden Travelodge, the four star Radisson Edward Blu hotels and the five star Le Meridien. It is also a short walk from Leicester Square Tube station so the rest of London’s Hotels are also within easy reach.

  • Opening night 16 June with 3 weeks of previews leading up to that date.
